파주시 교하권역 4개 도서관이 각 기관의 특색 있는 사업과 프로그램을 시민들에게 알리고 도서관 간 협력을 확대하기 위한 자리를 마련한다.

교하·한빛·해솔·한울도서관은 오는 9월 12일 오전 10시부터 오후 4시까지 교하도서관 열린 공간에서 도서관 특화박람회 ‘도서관의 특별함을 담다’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 4개 도서관이 그동안 추진해 온 특화사업을 한자리에서 소개하고 기관별 강점을 공유함으로써 도서관 간 연계와 협력 기반을 강화하기 위해 기획됐고 별도의 제한 없이 시민 누구나 참여할 수 있다.

박람회에서는 각 도서관이 특화 분야를 주제로 전시 공간을 꾸미는데 교하도서관은 출판과 인쇄 분야를 중심으로 창작자와 서점 관련 정보를 소개하며, 한빛도서관은 영어 원서의 난이도를 확인할 수 있는 지수와 전자책을 선보인다. 

해솔도서관은 교육과 가족을 주제로 초등학교 교과와 연계해 활용할 수 있는 도서 목록 자료집을 안내하고, 한울도서관은 장애 분야와 관련해 대체자료와 독서보조기기 등을 소개할 예정이다.

오후 1시부터 3시까지는 전시 내용을 직접 체험할 수 있는 프로그램도 진행되는데 교하도서관에서는 나만의 미니북을 만들어보고, 한빛도서관에서는 책 읽어주기 로봇 ‘루카’를 체험할 수 있으며 해솔도서관은 전통놀이 체험을 마련하며 한울도서관에서는 점자를 활용한 열쇠고리 만들기가 진행된다.

이와 함께 4개 도서관의 체험 공간을 차례로 방문하며 퀴즈에 참여하는 프로그램과 행운의 뽑기 행사도 운영해 시민들에게 전시와 체험을 함께 즐길 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.
