고양특례시가 초가을 숲의 정취를 가족과 함께 만끽할 수 있는 특별한 체험 프로그램을 마련한다.

고양특례시는 오는 9월 12일 안곡습지 유아숲체험원과 정발산 유아숲체험원에서 유아 동반 가족을 대상으로 숲 체험 프로그램 ‘숲에서 만나요’를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 도심 속 자연환경을 활용해 아이와 부모가 함께 계절의 변화를 오감으로 느끼고, 자연과 교감하며 가족 간 유대감을 높일 수 있도록 마련됐다.

장소별로 서로 다른 주제의 프로그램이 진행돼 가족들의 취향에 따라 선택해 참여할 수 있다.

안곡습지 유아숲체험원에서는 ‘곤충과 만나요’를 주제로 가을 숲을 산책하며 다양한 곤충을 관찰하고, 주변에서 찾은 자연물을 활용해 자신만의 그림을 표현하는 창의 활동을 진행한다.

정발산 유아숲체험원에서는 ‘숲에서 놀자!’를 주제로 숲속 보물찾기, 나뭇잎 얼굴 만들기, 솔방울 골인왕 등 자연물을 활용한 놀이 프로그램이 펼쳐진다. 

아이와 부모가 함께 움직이며 숲을 즐길 수 있도록 가족 단위 체험 중심으로 구성됐다.

프로그램은 오전 10시부터 낮 12시까지 2시간 동안 단일 회차로 운영된다. 

안전하고 집중도 높은 체험을 위해 장소별로 유아를 동반한 10가족씩 총 20가족을 선착순 모집한다.

참여를 희망하는 가족은 고양시 통합예약시스템에서 ‘체험·견학’ 탭의 ‘유아숲체험’ 메뉴를 통해 신청하면 된다.

고양시 관계자는 “소규모 가족 단위로 진행되는 이번 프로그램을 통해 아이들이 자연의 소중함을 배우고 부모와 함께 즐거운 추억을 만들 수 있기를 바란다”며 “앞으로도 아이들이 숲과 가까워질 수 있는 다양한 체험 프로그램을 마련하겠다”고 말했다.

한편 고양시는 이번 특별 프로그램과 별도로 매월 첫째·셋째 주 수요일 오후 2시부터 4시까지 계절별 맞춤형 유아숲체험 프로그램을 상시 운영하고 있다.

Goyang Special City announced that it will operate the forest experience program ‘Let’s Meet in the Forest’ for families with young children at the Angok Wetland Children’s Forest Experience Center and the Jeongbalsan Children’s Forest Experience Center on September 12.

At the Jeongbalsan Children's Forest Experience Center, under the theme "Let's Play in the Forest!", play programs utilizing natural materials are held, including a forest treasure hunt, making leaf faces, and a pine cone goal-scoring competition.

The programs are designed around family-oriented experiences, allowing children and parents to move around and enjoy the forest together.

The programs operate as a single session lasting two hours, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

To ensure a safe and highly focused experience, a total of 20 families—10 families accompanied by young children at each location—are recruited on a first-come, first-served basis.

Families wishing to participate can apply through the "Children's Forest Experience" menu under the "Experiences & Field Trips" tab on the Goyang City Integrated Reservation System.
