파주시가 구인난을 겪고 있는 지역 기업의 인력난 해소와 구직자들의 취업 기회 확대를 위해 ‘2026년 파주시 취업박람회’에 참여할 구인기업을 모집한다.

파주시는 오는 10월 22일 금촌다목적실내체육관에서 열리는 취업박람회에 함께할 기업을 오는 9월 18일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.

이번 박람회는 기업에는 우수 인재를 직접 만나 채용할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고, 구직자에게는 다양한 일자리 정보와 현장 면접 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.

참여를 희망하는 기업은 참가신청서와 구인신청서, 사업자등록증 사본 등을 준비해 파주시일자리센터에 제출하면 된다.

파주시는 제출된 신청 서류를 검토해 현장 참여 기업 35개사를 최종 선정할 예정이다. 

선정된 기업에는 행사 당일 구직자와 1대 1 면접을 진행할 수 있는 면접 공간이 무료로 제공된다.

또한 행사 홍보자료와 현장 게시판 등을 통해 기업의 채용 정보를 온·오프라인으로 홍보할 수 있으며, 현장 참여 기업으로 선정되지 않은 기업에도 온라인 채용관 서비스를 지원해 채용 기회를 넓힐 계획이다.

특히 파주시일자리센터를 비롯해 여성새로일하기센터, 중장년내일센터, 제대군인지원센터 등 유관기관과 협력해 청년과 여성, 중장년, 제대군인 등 계층별 구직자를 사전에 발굴하고 기업의 채용 수요에 맞는 인재를 연결하는 맞춤형 인재 매칭도 추진한다.
