고양특례시가 시가 보유한 물품의 효율적인 관리와 자산 운용의 투명성 강화를 위해 정기재물조사 담당자들의 실무 역량 강화에 나섰다.

고양특례시는 지난 27일 고양시청 문예회관에서 본청과 사업소, 구청 및 동 행정복지센터 재물조사 담당자를 대상으로 ‘2026년 정기재물조사 교육’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 「공유재산 및 물품 관리법」에 따라 매년 실시하는 정기재물조사를 보다 체계적이고 정확하게 추진하기 위해 마련됐다.

정기재물조사는 시가 보유하고 있는 각종 물품의 실제 수량과 상태를 장부 및 관리 현황과 대조·확인하는 절차로, 물품 수급 관리의 효율성을 높이고 행정 자산을 투명하게 관리하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다.

교육에서는 2026년도 정기재물조사의 세부 추진 방향과 절차를 비롯해 물품 취득부터 처분까지의 전반적인 관리 요령을 안내했다. 

특히 담당자들이 현장에서 바로 활용할 수 있도록 물품관리시스템과 전자태그(RFID) 시스템 및 단말기 활용 방법을 실습하는 등 실무 중심의 교육이 진행됐다. 

이와 함께 현장 조사 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 의문점과 업무상 애로사항에 대한 질의응답도 이어졌다.

고양시는 이번 교육을 시작으로 오는 10월까지 각 부서별 현장 재물조사를 본격적으로 실시할 예정이다. 

이후 조사 결과에 대한 철저한 검증을 거쳐 10월 말까지 행정안전부에 최종 결과보고서를 제출할 계획이다.
