고양특례시는 지난 21일 청년공간 ‘내일꿈제작소’에서 청년층과의 소통을 강화하고 청년 맞춤형 콘텐츠를 발굴하기 위한 ‘2026 내일꿈제작소 청년 서포터즈 1기’ 발대식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 서포터즈는 시의 주요 청년정책에 대한 청년들의 관심과 참여를 높이고, 정책에 대한 공감대를 형성하기 위해 마련됐다.

서류와 면접 심사를 거쳐 최종 선발된 5명의 서포터즈는 3.86대 1의 경쟁률을 뚫고 선발돼 앞으로의 활동에 기대를 모으고 있다.

서포터즈는 오는 12월까지 5개월간 활동하며 내일꿈제작소의 공간과 프로그램을 직접 체험하고, 주요 행사 현장을 취재하는 등 청년들의 눈높이에 맞는 홍보 콘텐츠를 기획·제작할 예정이다. 

이를 통해 청년들에게 유용한 정책과 프로그램을 알리고, 현장의 생생한 목소리를 전달하는 역할을 맡는다.

활동에 참여하는 서포터즈에게는 소정의 활동비가 지급되며, 내일꿈제작소 프로그램 우선 참여 기회와 공식 활동 확인서도 제공된다.

이날 발대식은 청년정책팀장의 격려사를 시작으로 사업 및 내일꿈제작소 현황 소개, 활동 가이드라인 교육, 공간 라운딩, 향후 활동 포부 공유 등의 순서로 진행됐다. 

서포터즈들은 내일꿈제작소의 주요 공간과 운영 프로그램을 살펴보고 앞으로 진행할 활동에 대한 구체적인 방향을 논의하며 적극적인 활동 의지를 다졌다.

고양시 관계자는 “청년 서포터즈가 고양시와 청년을 잇는 실효성 있는 소통 창구로 자리 잡길 바란다”며 “청년들의 다양한 목소리를 적극적으로 수렴해 정책 사각지대를 해소하고, 청년들이 실제로 체감할 수 있는 맞춤형 지원을 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
