특히 빗물받이가 막힐 경우 도로 침수와 보행 불편 등 안전사고로 이어질 가능성이 큰 만큼 배수 기능 회복에 중점을 두고 주변 환경까지 함께 정비하며 쾌적한 생활환경 조성에도 힘을 보탰다.
